How the custom fitting works:
At Red Rock Running Company, we don’t subscribe to using only one method when fitting you for running shoes.
Having an experienced staff makes it easy for us to fit you properly.
Be prepared to tell us a little about your running history (if any), your previous running shoes
and previous injury history (if any). After that, we may ask you to run barefoot on our treadmill while we
record your foot strike. This allows us (and you) to see your individual biomechanics and narrow the footwear
selection process down to a few options we think would be best for you.
Once we load you up with options, it’s up to you to test them on our treadmill or take them outside for a quick
back and forth to really determine if the shoe will work for you before purchasing.
